Job Description
Department / Section: Quality Assurance
Reporting To: Process Quality Leads
Minimum Education / Qualification: Bachelor or Master of Science in any relevant Field
Minimum Experience: 2-5 Years in FMCG / Pharmaceutical QA Packaging Operations (Age: 27-30 years)
Minimum Skills & Trainings: SAP QM Module, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Quality/Food /Health Safety Trainings
RESPONSIBILITIES Duties To Perform:
- Ensure Quality Standards of Packaging during Production operations for In Process/Final /Dispatch & Exports Inspection
- Verify Price, Product Weight & Volume Inspection during Production Operations
- Liaison with Production Supervisor, Technicians & Floor Leads for timely Improvement actions on Defects/Machine/Process
- Verify Daily Inspection of Data Entry PCs/Tablets, Pack Collection Trolleys, Weighing scales, Volumetric Jars & other QA assets. Also ensure its protection & placement at designated areas.
5. Initiate & Participate in Process Improvement / Kaizen activities.
6. Provide Training to down the Level Workforce (Supervisor/Operator/Worker/Inspector(s) etc.)
7. Participate in the implementation of Food, Health Safety & 5S Practices.
- Investigate & Close Packaging/Process Complaints with Floor Leads
9. Maintain Data Integrity for all QA Inspection processes & verify Calibration Status for process quality equipment
10. Shall perform Data Analytics for QA Inspection related records
