Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance assessments on products and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
- Apply sales expertise to uphold quality standards.
- Utilize CRM software to monitor quality metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing reports for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a sales role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
