Job Description
Allure Digital (www.alluredigital.net), a US-based IT firm with a branch office in Islamabad, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Quality Assurance Executive. Join our dynamic team to support in-bound customer service and outbound sales projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Analyze call data for trends and improvements.
- Provide feedback to enhance agent skills.
- Generate quality reports and metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
- Contact center experience preferred.
- Must commute to Phase-4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
