Job Description
Location: Karachi (On Site)
Timings: 8:pm – 5:00 am or 9:30 pm – 6:30 am
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Analysis: Listening to calls including Sale calls and Customer Service calls to identify any deviations from protocols. This may include an Agent’s performance analysis and development status, etc.
- Documentation: Document findings followed by Agents progress in a clear and concise manner. Prepare detailed reports summarizing the quality assessment of each individual Agent.
- Escalations: Identify and report any and all inconsistencies found during calls in the form of Cancels and Escalations. Escalate concerns with regard to protocols and/or to avoid potential chargebacks from clients end.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness over calls. Work closely with Agents to monitor, track and resolve any discrepancies’ and ensure corrections in a timely manner.
- Training and feedback: Provide training and feedback sessions as a routine system to ensure Agents are up to date with Quality protocols and processes.
Qualification:
Graduate or O/A Levels
1-2 years prior experience
Good listening and verbal English communication skills.
