Job Description
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Software QA, monitoring our virtual cycling platform in real-time.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure smooth game operation without interruptions.
- Solid understanding of in-game mechanics and technical requirements for accurate performance assessment.
- Effective reporting skills, producing clear, concise status reports hourly and daily.
- Real-time monitoring of game performance for seamless user experience.
- Reviewing gameplay and server performance, promptly reporting any issues detected.
- Immediate identification, documentation, and resolution of issues and bugs.
- Adherence to strict reporting schedule and detailed checklist for consistent game status updates.
- Suggesting potential in-game enhancements based on observations.
