Job Description:
- Conduct call monitoring to review recorded calls and conversations across touchpoints.
- Provide feedback, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Identify gaps, generate reports, and recommend measures for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to standard procedures and performance targets.
- Collaborate with Operational & Training team for performance enhancement.
- Conduct calibration sessions with stakeholders to meet targets.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Job Specifications:
- Experience in Quality Assurance or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
