Job Description
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Responsibilities include developing standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying potential risks through root cause analysis; performing internal and external quality audits; and building a strong team through coaching and mentoring. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years’ relevant work experience, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
