Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Lahore, Pakistan. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality control processes within the company. They will develop and implement a standardized system of procedures, metrics, and tests to ensure products meet established quality standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing quality defects and developing solutions to prevent recurrences.
Qualifications:
- Pharm-D degree required.
- Minimum 1 years’ industry experience in Quality Assurance Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality teams and initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Experience with Quality Management Software (QMS) and testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to lead change initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and cross-functional teams
