Overview

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing actions to ensure compliance with appropriate quality, regulatory and validation guidelines. This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for checking in with the TL to ensure the Quality Assurance Specialists are performing their daily required number of evaluations by supervising and regular follow up.
2. Should check the daily employee report and make necessary decisions/adjustments accordingly.
3. Responsible for checking the Headcount to ensure it correctly reflects QA agents.
4. Responsible for attending Training and Calibration sessions and making sure that all are taking place in the most effective way possible to ensure an increase in agent scores.
5. Supposed to be on the same level as the Quality Assurance Specialists by evaluating calls himself periodically.
6. Responsible for keeping track of the performance & attendance of every Quality Assurance Specialists by examining the daily Employee Performance Report and making necessary adjustments.
7. Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of polices, procedure, and benefits across all product lines.
8. Identify adverse performance trends and patterns and provide explanations of such.
9. Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure appropriate number of audits is performed for each phone representative.
10. Maintain communication with management from operations to ensure that proper information is received and disseminated between QA and Operations by documentation & attending client conference calls as well as client conference calls.
11. Set goals for his/her reports for every quarter by documenting them.
12. Evaluate the performance of team members on daily, weekly and monthly basis and conduct performance appraisal reports of the team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
