Job Description
Quality Assurance Officer
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data (Internal/External).
Perform call/chat monitoring and provide trend data to the department Team Lead/Assist Manager/Manager.
Review calls/chat trends and notify of any irregularity (if observed).
Ensure staff voice/text quality and product knowledge are up to mark.
Participate in call/chat monitoring formats and quality standards formation and give new suggestions.
Use the system (QA Portal) to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.
Perform monitoring of tickets/emails, their responses, and systematic work operations associated with the derived samples of calls/chats and/or on a random basis.
Proactively play his/her role in identifying customer needs and expectations.
Provide recommendations against the highlighted observations to improve conventional work practices.
Rational in judgment and avoid undue favors.
Prepare and analyze quality reports and share them with the respective authorities.
Achieve all daily, monthly, and annual goals.
