Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team for a customer support project for ride-hailing services. The Quality Auditor will be responsible for evaluating calls and sharing insights on customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate calls and provide feedback to the customer support team.
- Identify areas of improvement in the customer support process.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the management team.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Train customer support representatives on quality assurance best practices.
Requirements:
- 6 Months- 1 Year of experience in Customer experience quality assurance
- Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong grip on Microsoft Office/ G-suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
