Job Description
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Overview: Preparation of ISMs and sample-based document checking and updation of SOPs
Responsibilities:
- End to end Process understanding and data gathering with different department.
- Department wise Internal Service Measures (ISM) preparation.
- Sample based physical documents checking via CRM, DMS & physical file.
- Preparation of ISMs based on sample documents.
- Coordination with different departments for periodic review and updation of the SOPs.
- Formulation, review & updation of departmental SOPs and Process Flows.
Reports to be produce (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly):
- ISMs circulation (monthly & quarterly)
- Periodic review of SOPs (yearly)
- Sample document scrutiny (monthly)
- Power BI Calendar updating (monthly)
- Activity Report (Monthly)
