Job Description
- Maintain QA/QC objectives, targets, and processes, and review new targets, protocols, processes, equipment, supplies, and technologies for quality standards.
- Implement corrective action when necessary.
- Assist in achieving ISO 15189 Standard accreditations.
- Monitor QA/QC performance on various systems by gathering relevant data from electronic and hard-copy sources.
- Ensure proper qualification, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment and online test instruments.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits, suggest changes, and initiate corrective or preventive actions when required.
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs and provide training to personnel.
- Maintain document control and take on all responsibilities for quality assurance functions.
