Job Description
MindStorm Communications is actively looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure service delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will possess 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience, preferably in sectors outside of call centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess processes to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor communications and provide constructive feedback.
- Document and maintain comprehensive quality reports.
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at quality enhancement.
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience outside of call centers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
