Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for our call center. In this role, you will monitor customer interactions, assess call quality, provide feedback to agents, and collaborate with management on quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include prior experience in call center Quality Assurance, strong listening skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. This is a full-time position with a salary of Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 and requires in-person attendance.
