Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist in a call centre environment at Orient Biz Tech, located in Lahore. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for conducting quality control, quality assurance, and quality management activities. They will also perform Good practices to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
- Experience in taking and handling escalations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality monitoring.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the digital marketing or BPO industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or any qualification.
