Position: Call Center QA Executive
Shift: Night shifts on a rotational 9-hour schedule
Location: Xyzies Pakistan
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work night shifts on a rotational basis
Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for quality assurance
Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback sessions
