Job Description
Position: Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Responsible for proactively identifying agent level performance related opportunities by KPI up to and including customer experience drivers, sales conversion influencers, customer satisfaction levers, agent learning opportunities and knowledge management improvement areas. Evaluating a random sampling of calls and other customer contact methods for compliance to prescribed client project standard. Conduct Calls Evaluations, Listening Sessions, provide feedback, Huddles, Health Checks, NPS/Quality/CSAT Score, Reporting, and QA Reports.
