Job Description
Sehar Foods seeks a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead product inspections, identify and report defects, and coordinate corrective actions with production. The role requires maintaining accurate QC records and SKU tracking, documenting and recommending process improvements, and supporting the development and implementation of QA plans.
- Conduct daily quality rounds covering hygiene, packing, filling, and production.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Provide clear, timely reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective teamwork.
