Job Description
Data Collection: Gather relevant data from factories and various departments.
Data Analysis: Analyze the collected data following the priorities and guidelines set by the management.
Identify Improvement Areas: Pinpoint critical areas that require improvement.
Reporting Coordination: Prepare and share reports with the Brand Reputation Department (BRD) as required.
Meeting Arrangement: Organize meetings with Customer Services (CSD), BRD, Quality, R&D, and other relevant departments to discuss issues and potential improvements.
Communication: Correspond with BRD on behalf of HNR.
Task Completion: Complete other tasks assigned by the IMS Head.
