Role Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost control, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, and reporting. Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure projects stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in cost control, management, and planning
- Ability to create accurate BOQ
- Proficient in cost reporting and analysis
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards
- Degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field
