Job Description
Backbone Structures is actively looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs) by interpreting project drawings and specifications. Key duties include conducting feasibility studies, drafting tender documents, and supporting bid negotiations.
Moreover, you will oversee project costs, certify progress payments, and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring adherence to legal and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs130,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
