Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding MEP Project Documents
- Post-Contract Financial Management
- Submitting daily and monthly reports
- Taking physical measurements and quantities
- Quantities take off for HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing items
- Identifying and notifying variations
- Liaising with clients and representatives
- Checking plans, drawings, and quantities
- Onsite verification of quantities
- Calculating local material demand
- Assisting in Estimates & rate analysis
- Preparation of Work Orders
- Attending progress meetings
- Preparation and submission of payment applications
- Assisting project managers in budget calculations
- Identification of project risks
- Follow up on material procurement
- Participating in Change requests/Variation Orders
- Understanding contractual documents
- Ensure Workfront and material availability
