Job Description
Amcon Group of Companies is on the lookout for a qualified Quantity Surveyor specialized in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing budgets, evaluating subcontractor bids, and creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs). This role includes conducting site visits to ensure adherence to contracts and cost estimates. Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will collaborate effectively with project teams to maintain cost control measures and produce comprehensive cost reports for management. A strong commitment to industry standards and safety regulations is required for this position.
