Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor located in District Attock, with flexibility for some remote work. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- BOQ and Cost Planning skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and Plain Swift
- DAE in Civil Engineering with 10 Years of Experience
