Job Description
Job Summary:
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both project and procurement teams to ensure precise cost estimation and efficient tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive BOQs based on project drawings and specifications.
- Evaluate tender documents to meet project requirements.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and pricing.
- Work in conjunction with engineering teams to obtain technical clarifications.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
