Job Description
Shelter is looking for a skilled Accounts Officer specializing in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records across multiple companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping and ensuring smooth accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial entries using QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts for various companies.
- Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 2–4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
