Job Description
- Development of material as per drawing/IDR/standard/spec and customer requirement.
- Planning of Material development.
- Material development by using in house as well as outsource facilities.
- Make material test standard, inspection, testing, data compilation of newly developed material and feed feedback to the product development engr./Asset Manager/Manager/sr. Manager.
- Give/provide project closing documents of newly developed material to product development engr./Asset Manager/Manager/sr. manager.
- Vendor/customer visit for progress monitoring/sharing of developed/under development material.
- Safe keeping and control of all relevant development records.
- Implementation and control of QMS/EMS in working areas.
- Lead and direct routine compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products in R&D Center.
- Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs.
Qualifications: BSc Polymer/Chemical Engineering
