Job Description
Customer Complaint Handling Engineer 2G, 3G & 4G
Experience: 5+ years experience in Telecom Field
Location: Pakistan (Nationwide)
Requirement:
- Manage and handle all operator assigned customer complaints
- Analyze affected area of the network through desktop analysis and field DT
- Preparation of customer complaint reports
- Maintain a region-wide tracker for complaints
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Huawei/ZTE/Ericsson
Network Performance Monitoring & Reporting Engineer
Experience: 5+ years experience in Telecom Field
Location: Pakistan (Nationwide)
Requirement:
- Generate network KPI dashboard and reports
- Monitor network performance through KPIs
