Job Description
BLMS SMC PVT LTD is in search of a skilled RCM Lead to manage our revenue cycle management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the revenue cycle team, developing efficient billing policies, monitoring performance metrics, and driving improvements in revenue cycle performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of medical billing experience. Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and exceptional leadership and analytical skills are essential.
