The ideal candidate should have experience in account management and the ability to generate new business opportunities among both existing and potential customers. It is crucial to have excellent cross-functional skills, collaborating with customer service and product development teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing customer account management, including developing new business, negotiating contracts, and maximizing profits.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the sales team to achieve quotas while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.
- Ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Some travel may be required for this role.
