Job Description
UpLaw is a Legal Tech Startup based in NSTP (Islamabad). We are developing a digital/robot lawyer powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with an online legal services marketplace connecting users with Verified Lawyers. Role Description: As the Lead App developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Mobile Apps and AI Deep Learning Model. Qualifications: – Experience with app and web development frameworks such as React Native, AngularJS, Vue, NodeJS, etc. – Experience with cloud hosting, Container Management, and Deployment. – Experience developing and integrating APIs. – Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards. – Self-starter comfortable in a dynamic startup environment. Broader Terms: – PKR 30K per month stipend (until seed funding). – 10% share in company stocks with a 5-year cliff-based approach. – 10% dividend/Profit paid out annually with 2% company stocks transferred annually over 5 years. Additional 10% share in Grants/Prize Money won + 1 Board seat with 1 voting right.
