Job Description
Join the Patel Group as a Call Center Agent! We are seeking candidates with a B.Com degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or real estate environment.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with property inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, providing detailed information on property listings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.
