Job Description
We seek a professional, non-sales Customer Service Representative to manage inbound, outbound, and cold calls for Dubai real estate. Responsibilities include providing accurate listings and investment information, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, following up, resolving inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining the CRM.
- Requirements: 2+ years’ customer service experience, strong communication skills, friendly and outgoing demeanor, and basic lead qualification ability.
- Location: Paradise Mall, Bahria Town Phase 4 — reliable commute required.
- Compensation: Rs65,00–Rs75,00 per month.
