3D Lifestyle is currently seeking a suitable candidate for the position of “Receptionist”.
Education:
B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree.
(Must be a graduate)
Requirements & Skills:
- Well-groomed & confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Computer literate
- Proactive personality
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or any other customer service position is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting & welcoming customers
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Undertaking administrative & operational tasks and acting as a central manager for the branch
- Maintaining customer, statistical, and financial records
- Coordinating with doctors for appointments, consultations, follow-up calls, and reminders
- Supervising and monitoring administrative and janitorial staff
- Cash handling
Location: Clifton, KHI
NOTE: Salary will be market-competitive.
Job timings: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
