Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our call center team. The successful candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, warmly welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and guide them as needed.
- Answer and professionally route incoming calls.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and coordinate delivery operations.
- Assist HR and Operations teams with the onboarding process.
Qualifications: A high school diploma, previous reception experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
