Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at H-One Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, booking meetings, and handling phone calls. You will also manage the reception area, address inquiries and complaints via phone or email, ensure messages are delivered to the appropriate staff, and manage office stationery and equipment.
Requirements: Must be well dressed and polite, possess a high school diploma, have prior experience with MS Office and typing, be an active learner and listener, and demonstrate punctuality. Please note that this position is exclusively for females.
