Job Description
Rawal Feeds is looking for a sharp, polished, and professional female receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure a clean reception area.
- Assist with scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
