Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical tasks. The Receptionist will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- Fluency in Urdu and English
