Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to customers with outstanding debts.
- Encourage timely repayments by tracking and following up with debtors.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate feasible payment plans with clients.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in outstanding accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in collections and recovery management.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
