Job Description
Job Purpose: Review and analyze delinquent cases to improve repayment and recovery potential, ensuring compliance with targeted limits.
- Analyze customer repayment issues and restructure proposals to meet recovery targets.
- Coordinate internally for follow-up on classified customers and externally with authorities for enforcement.
- Utilize MIS reports to reduce past due balances and deliver quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or related field with customer interaction.
- Understanding of business products, legal laws, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
