Job Description
– Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
– Must communicate and follow up with customers.
– Maintain accurate documentation of all collection efforts and provide updates on collection activity.
– Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Qualification & other skills:
1: Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor’s degree.
2: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
3: Team player, proactive, and flexible.
4: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
5: Proficient in Excel.
