Job Description
eZhire is a car rental service company based in Karachi. We offer an efficient and convenient way to rent a car at any time, eliminating the need for traditional rental procedures and paperwork. With just 3 taps on the user-friendly mobile app, customers can rent a car of their choice and have it delivered to them. eZhire values time and strives to enhance the convenience of renting a car to improve customers’ experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the collection/recovery of payments.
- Recover monthly targets.
- Ensure timely payments and make reports accordingly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Create trust relationships with customers when possible, to avoid future issues.
- Should have excellent command of Excel.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to effectively deal with clients.
- Experience in Recovery is required.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
