Job Description
M&P Express Logistics is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Deputy Manager Recovery. As a Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing collection efforts, managing credit functions, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Lead and motivate the recovery team to achieve DSO and collection targets.
- Manage credit and recovery functions while adhering to credit control policies.
- Directly handle top 70 customers in the South Region and follow up daily.
- Resolve invoicing and tax issues, and address customer queries promptly.
- Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for efficient query resolution.
