Abacus Outsourcing, a global BPO services provider, is looking for a Recruiter to oversee bulk hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Bulk Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Sourcing and Screening: Identify candidates, review based on criteria.
- Interviews: Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Collaboration: Align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive recruitment journey.
- Documentation: Maintain precise recruitment records.
- Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and propose enhancements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment with bulk hiring.
- Skills: Sourcing, communication, familiarity with ATS.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Flexible to evolving recruitment demands.
