Role Description
Care VMA Health is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Lahore. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process. This is an on-site role based in Lahore.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to source and attract qualified candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
