Job Summary: The Recruiter at CloudLogically leads end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with Senior HR Managers to attract, interview, and hire top talent. Proactive in sourcing and engaging candidates for a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruiting strategies for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source candidates from various channels.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate evaluations.
- Provide feedback and maintain recruiting records.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Recruitment best practices knowledge.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and ATS.
- Professional, confidential, and efficient.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical recruitment.
