Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter only for females. As a Recruiter at Deepscale Technologies, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. Your tasks include job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additionally, you will manage candidate databases, recruitment campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media recruiting, job boards)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good English Communication Skills
