Job Description
Office Location & Timings:
Lahore, M M Alam Road
UK based timings (1pm to 10pm & 2pm to 11pm)
Saturday & Sunday off.
Role Description:
DRC Healthcare Pakistan is seeking skilled Recruiters with excellent English communication abilities.
As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include cold calling UK-based NHS Healthcare Nurses and offering them positions at our UK-based nursing homes and care homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in International-based BPO client coordination & customer services, both verbally and through emails.
- Proficiency in English language communication, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and accountability in handling job responsibilities.
- Effective listening skills.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to work with targets.
Salary:
Basic Salary negotiable according to experience + Commission on placements (In 6 figures PKR) No Limit
