Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in Call Center/BPO recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for customer service, sales, and operational positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Handle processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Facilitate High-Volume Hiring: Focus on recruiting for call center and customer service positions.
- Conduct Candidate Assessments: Evaluate candidates through comprehensive interviews.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month
